Communities We Serve
The Central Coast region of California is a uniquely beautiful area with a relaxed way of life. From the Paso Robles wine country to beachfront communities like Santa Barbara and Pismo Beach and everything in between, this is a special place to call home.
Whether you are looking for a rental property in San Luis Obispo County or Santa Barbara County, or you are an owner/investor wishing to offer your property for rent, Goetz Manderley has offices throughout the Central Coast ready to serve you. We also offer full HOA management services for local communities.
Santa Maria is the largest city in northwest Santa Barbara County. It is at the heart of North Santa Barbara County, surrounded by great coastal towns and areas like Nipomo, Orcutt, Guadalupe, Betteravia and the beautiful Los Padres National Forest. There are many wonderful Santa Maria Valley wineries and the area is proud to be home of Santa Maria-style barbecue. If you haven’t tried a tri-tip steak from local beef that’s grilled with garlic, salt and black pepper, you are missing out!
As an inland community, Santa Maria is home to a good deal of agriculture. This is where Goetz Manderley opened its second property office back in 1996 and we have been proud to serve this community for well over 20 years.
For all your property management needs in Santa Maria and surrounding communities, Goetz Manderley is here to help. Browse our Santa Maria properties available for rent. Also, be sure to check out some of the helpful Santa Maria resources and additional information below.
Lompoc is a unique coastal town with an exquisite charm and an excellent quality of life. The city is known as the flower seed capital of the world. Its temperate climate makes it ideal for certain types of agriculture and ranching.
Lompoc is perhaps best known as the home of Vandenberg Air Force Base, which is located just north of town. The strong military traditions and presence here help drive the local economy along with vacationers throughout the year who visit Lompoc to enjoy the natural beauty and bask in the coastal setting.
Whether you are a renter, perhaps undergoing a military change of station to Lompoc, or a local property investor looking to rent out your residential or commercial unit(s) in this area, Goetz Manderley is the property management team to trust. One of our home offices is located right here in Lompoc (in fact, it was our very first office) and we serve all the surrounding local communities like Vandenberg Village, Mission Hills, Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Los Alamos, Ballard and Los Olivos.

Whether you want to call it San Luis Obispo, SLO Town or just SLO, this is one of California’s most vibrant and historic communities. When people think of the Central Coast, they typically think of San Luis Obispo first.
San Luis Obispo’s modern history dates back to the 1700s as a mission stop along the El Camino Real. You can see and feel this history with a stroll through the downtown Mission Plaza or the Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa itself. Or, you can check out Bubblegum Alley, the beautiful Madonna Inn or famous SLO Farmers’ Market. There is so much to do and enjoy in this beautiful area.
Goetz Manderley proudly serves rental tenants and investment property owners throughout San Luis Obispo and all of SLO County, including nearby towns and areas like Morro Bay, Chorro, Edna, Nipomo, Halcyon, Huasna, Avila Beach, Santa Margarita, Los Osos and the Five Cities. For all your Central Coast property management needs in San Luis Obispo and beyond, Goetz Manderley is the name to know. Paso Robles is one of California’s premier wine- and olive-producing areas with a rich agricultural history. It is one of the true cultural centers representing north San Luis Obispo County and the entire Central Coast. Surrounding communities like Atascadero, Wellsona, Templeton, San Miguel and Nacimiento all offer unique qualities of their own to enhance the greater Paso Robles way of life.
Paso Robles offers a higher-end lifestyle with rural charm, which is why it has become one of California’s most popular places to live. There is so much to do and enjoy here, whether you want to play golf, do some wine tasting or explore the rich local history. The Estrella Warbird Museum and Paso Robles Pioneer Museum are both highly recommended.
We’re proud to serve this community and all the communities up and down this beautiful part of California. Which five cities make up the official “Five Cities” of California’s Central Coast might be up for a little debate. As we know it today, we’re talking about Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Oceano and Shell Beach. Halcyon and Fair Oaks (which is now part of Arroyo Grande) were part of the original five. Pismo Beach has always been—and always will be—the cultural heart of the Five Cities area in southern San Luis Obispo County, that can also extend to include the surrounding towns and areas of Avila Beach, Nipomo, Callender, Bromela and Verde.
However you want to slice it, Pismo Beach and the Five Cities area offer a truly special way of life centered around the beautiful beaches and rugged cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Residents enjoy the stunning sunsets and active local lifestyle, and it’s easy to see why vacationers flock to this area in the summertime to bask in the beachfront lifestyle.
The Five Cities area is served by the San Luis Obispo office of Goetz Manderley. We provide exceptional property management services to local renters, HOAs and property owners throughout Pismo Beach and all communities up and down the Central Coast.
